  • List building is responsible for 60% of the success of a project. That is why we focus a lot of time in here.

    • ICP Analysis: Understand your Ideal Customer Profile: industry, company size, revenue, geography, and buyer persona (e.g., Head of Sales at B2B SaaS companies with 11–100 employees).

    • List Building: We use Clay, Apollo, Apify, and LinkedIn to identify relevant companies, prospects and intent signals.

    • Scraping: Apify, Clay, Google Maps or similar tools to extract data from websites, directories, or review sites for lead list building

  • 1 to 2 weeks. Generally 1 week.

Enrichment

  • Turn raw company/prospect data into complete, actionable lead profiles.

    • Find Verified Emails: Use tools like Clay (waterfall), Findymail, Anymail to locate and verify email addresses.

    • Find LinkedIn URLs: Use tools like Clay, Apollo, Snov.io to enrich leads with their LinkedIn profiles.

    • Segment Leads: Categorize based on attributes (e.g., job title, industry) for better targeting later in the campaign.

  • 1 week. Generally the most expensive part of the process.

Outreach

  • Reach out to leads with personalized cold emails that convert into meetings.

    • Set Up Mailboxes: Use Instantly to warm up new domains and ensure proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings.

    • Copywriting: Write short, clear, and value-driven emails that feel personal and non-spammy. Tailor messages based on pain points or industry.
